Our Process
1. Identification of needs
We start with your needs assessment; Why is the vacancy there? What problem does the vacancy solve? Which candidate is best suited to the need? What background, skill set and, for example, personality does a candidate need to have? From there we determine exactly who the target group is, and what we will focus on.
2. The Proposotion
With this specific target group in mind, we will clarify your proposition to the target group. We make an honest observation here in order to distill the elements of your proposition, so that we can be sure that we have the best possible specialists at your table. We will use this information to set up campaigns and talk to our network: Target group engagement.
3. In conversation with the target group
When we are in discussion with the target group, we initially qualify whether they have the desired professional background. At the same time, we determine whether their needs are in line with your organisation’s proposition. When there is a match, we present the vacancy in question.
4. Proposal
When a candidate has the desired background and shows a clear interest in your proposition and organisation, we will introduce the candidate. With extensive background information of course. So you know exactly what to expect from a candidate.
5. The application process
If you would like to invite the candidate for an introductory meeting, we enter the application process. For you, the work actually only begins here! Application processes are complex and attracting (and retaining) the right candidates involves a lot of work. That is why our recruitment consultant speaks to both parties before and after each meeting. This ensures optimal communication and a clear transfer of information.
6. Candidate journey & screening
We help establish an optimal candidate journey in order to maintain the enthusiasm of the candidates throughout the process. At the same time, we help to give a clear ‘yes’ or ‘no’ at the end of a process.
7. The offer
Last but not least, we help in the offer phase to make the right offer to the candidate. In this part of the process, our 10+ years of experience in the field and the relationship of trust with our candidates comes in handy.
8. Aftercare
The mediation is a success! There is less intensive contact between the two parties, but we are still in regular contact with both parties to see how things are going. Our consultants are always available for further consultation.
Our pricing
Our pricing structure is based on a ‘no cure no pay’ basis, outside of our Executive Search option – so if we don’t solve your problem, you won’t owe us anything.
